We enjoyed our stay very much. We chose a place to stay further away from the city center, looking for a remote and quiet place away from the tourist crowds, but with the convenience of good service and a restaurant. The host is an awesome guy who cares a lot about his customers, and his little dog, Onni, is a real sweetheart. The place is like old time Lapland accomodation. The atmosphere is very calming, silent and homelike. Food is exceptional here and local products are used to prepare them. We got to also witness the Auroras with a small surprize from our host. Great place for a headquarter to visit all the attractions in Rovaniemi. Good value for money. You need to have a rented car, as it is a 30 minute drive from the place to Santa Claus village, for example. But that morning drive was a great way to start the day. Quiet neighbourhood and the parking spot very easy to access.

If you like peace and quiet, then this is the place to go. yYou are in a private environment and from the jacuzzi you have a beautiful view over the lake. Everything was well taken care of.
