Very comfy little studio with so many amenities. I booked this place for a concert at Zenith de Paris which is about a half an hour walk away. Everything was clean and tidy, the place has ample heating and everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The complex where the studios are contained is gated for extra security and piece of mind.

Great stay, for a brief trip we took to Paris, location was perfect for us because we were walking distance to the design school but it is far away from Paris central if that is what you are looking for. Check in was great and they offer breakfast as well. we were able to park our car in their parking lot so that was very convenient too.

It is very close from the station 2m walking(15m from Gare du nord- international station) There is also a shopping centre (with big supermarket) where you can buy good wines and cheese to have your picnic at Eiffel Tower. ;) The staff are friendly and helpful, the room has a nice shower and was cleaned everyday.

Excellent location close to a metro station for easy access to tourist attractions of Paris. Rooms were adequately clean for the price you pay. Arrived late on a Saturday night and got keys from a box outside (had instructions sent for this earlier that morning) keys worked fine for Saturday and Sunday. Friendly staff at reception. Good place to stay if you don't want to pay over the odds and just to shower and put your head down. Felt safe in the neighbourhood
