A beautiful hotel in a lovely location. After a string of bad experiences close to Gatwick this was a breath of fresh air. Everything you need for a pre or post flight stay - comfy rooms, clean, and a good restaurant. We arrive early and were given a room immediately so a big thank you for that!

THE ROOM WAS VERY QUIET AND NICELY DONE. WE HAD SUPPER IN THE BAR WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. AN THE LOCATION FOR THE NORTH TERMINAL WAS PERVFECT WITH THE SHUTTLE.

    The entrance to reception was lovely. Very chic and glam Free coffee machine near the lifts. It's great that it excepts dogs. Lovely touch with the food bowl, dog bed, and free poo bags. Lovely touch with the Easter egg hunt in the room as well. The room smelt great.
