I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Hampton Hill! The space was cozy, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The décor was chic yet inviting, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the manager, Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

This is a gem of a hotel - outstanding accommodation in the Wimbledon village near the common yet public transport at the doorstep will get you to central London in 20 minutes. The staff are so friendly, down to earth, and helpful. The rooms are amazing- quiet, comfortable beds, brilliant showers (best in England). Go for a walk on the common and escape the city intensity or enjoy a pint in front of an open fire with locals and their dogs, this place is superb. The entire hotel is beautiful! everything is instagrammable, every corner can yield great photos! The hotel lobby has several environments for you to enjoy, watch TV, play Ping Pong, work… have your meal…. The staff are very polite and especially a tall brunette who works at night, which for me was the best. The menu has few food suggestions, but they are made with great care and with a great presentation. What I liked most about the room was the bed. Perfect! a luxury! wonderful mattress, pillows, bedding! I slept like I was in a 5 star hotel. The impeccable cleanliness of the room and the very polite security guards. I had a great experience and would definitely go back.

This hotel is amazing! Placed in a good area with a cozy coffee shop and local grocery stores, this hotel has given me an experience above my expectations. The room was very comfortable and super quiet. The mattress was a dream to sleep on. The Pool area and sauna are the perfect spot to unwind after your travels before going back to the Heathrow Airport Terminals. The whole premises are very tidy and clean. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Roomservice and breakfast was hygienic, the menu has many choices for fun and healthy foods. The prices for everything and all extras were fair and reasonable. Thank you for this lovely stay.

I had to check in late in the night due to flight cancellation, and they did a very fast check-in. They were also very helpful with taxi that I needed immidiately on check out, as airline changed my flight time and I was in extreme rush; also the taxi was better price than Uber. The room has everything mentioned in the description. It has great desk setup for work from the hotel. It is located a few steps from the most beautiful parks around London.
