Location was spot on. The cottage was charming and very clean and equipped with everything you needed. Good clear information about the cottage and local area was in a handy folder. The host was very friendly and communicative, very helpful if you needed anything, with good clear instructions for access to keys, etc.

Travelling with a group of 10 can be a challenge when it comes to finding a place that suits everyone—but this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a great stay. The house had everything we needed: proper beds for everyone, a spacious dining area, and a cozy lounge for relaxing together. After a delicious meal cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, we had a fun ping pong tournament and ended the evening soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars. We’re definitely coming back!

The location was excellent and the house is beautiful. Everything you need is provided and the decorations are lovely. The beds are so comfortable and the location quiet. The views are beautiful from all windows and there is a large garden. Being from Australia, the street access feels narrow but actually there is ample space and easy to park. The host provided lots of information and was easily contactable if required. The print outs of walks in the area was a bonus. We enjoyed the easy walk around Digley reservoir. The food store just round the corner was an added bonus - the pork pies are excellent. Will definitely return if I’m visiting that part of the world again - it was a wonderful stay.

The property was located out of the way, but very close to Holmfirth. Parking was easy and the views from the property gyou an extra lift every morning. It is well insulated, as I traveled with the storms recently, the heating didn't need to be turned up high.

    Beautifully presented, very clean, every amenity you could of , self check in very simple, pet friendly, gorgeous location and very quiet. You even have your own parking space if you have a car. Really is a credit to the owner, will definitely be staying here again.

    Such a wonderful location, we had a lovely walk down the river with our pooch! Making it dog friendly is a massive plus for us, even the rain didn’t put us off! How it’s been decorated is beautiful, you’ve certainly made the most of the space and I have never rented a place with such a well equipped kitchen!! Perfect for pancake day!! I definitely recommend this place!
