But the real prize was the magnificent, fully lined tweed drapes in the room -- an easily overlooked touch, but such exquisite fabric in a simple, cozy little hotel room, and such a Scottish touch, too! At least one night dnner was Michelin star worthy, and all meals were excellent.

A fabulous place for our family holiday. The cottage is larger than the pictures seem to indicate. It was in perfect condition, everything we needed was there. Very close to Melrose and Galashields visitor attractions and the Tweed. The railway station isn't far away so we had comfortable access to Edinburgh and the Fringe.
