Absolutely great place to stay! It has a great location, 15 min walk to almost everything. Quite neighborhood. Not crowded. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish. Which isn't the case for most Batumi hotels. The hotel staff is incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to all who are coming to Batumi.

Beautiful and well equipped suit with an amazing view towards the Black Sea and batumi harbor. It’s in the 40th floor and there is an amazing buffet with great and various food at the same floor which makes it unique to the rest of the floors of the tower, also there is a private reception. What an amazing hosting by Batumi floor 40, It was indeed one of the coziest experiences I’ve ever had! Mind blowing view along with clean and well sorted room gave us an unforgettable experience. One thing to mention was ease of check in process, we just had to make it to the tower, go to the 40th floor by lift and check in at the same floor just few steps away from our room. We also liked the breakfast, not a big variety but whatever there tasted delicious and homemade. Will return if ever come back to batumi.

Everything was great. The owner is a very nice person. He really took care of our stay in that beautiful house. We had delicious homemade meals there. Definitely try barbecue and trout. And baklava! The views are really gorgeous and the nature is so peaceful and quiet there. Highly recommend that place!

    One of the best locations in Georgia for relaxation and recharging. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly. We were staying with our big dog and he enjoyed this days a lot too. Beautiful forest around and hike walks. Even at the rain and cold weather you can entertain yourself with a good spa, pool, tennis, billiard, go to the gym or just rest on a terrace and enjoy beautiful views.

    It was our second stay with Guram, and it was as pleasant as the previous one. We got another room but liked it even more than the first one. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. It is a pet-friendly acommodation, so we stayed with our labrador-sized dog. The price is also good for this quality and location. Thanks a lot, Guram!
