Absolutely great place to stay! It has a great location, 15 min walk to almost everything. Quite neighborhood. Not crowded. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish. Which isn't the case for most Batumi hotels. The hotel staff is incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to all who are coming to Batumi.

Great reception, where also the owner is in charge on a daily basis! Perfect view from our private balcony on the Black Sea from 40th floor! Beautiful and well equipped suit with an amazing view towards the Black Sea and batumi harbor. It’s in the 40th floor and there is an amazing buffet with great and various food at the same floor which makes it unique to the rest of the floors of the tower, also there is a private reception.
