We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

This newly refurbished apartment was perfect for us. We stayed for 6 nights. It had all the cooking equipment and appliances you'd need, if you like to cater for yourself. Smart TVs in bedroom and living room. Nice comfy king-size bed. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Nice sofa to lounge on. Decent size balcony with drying rack and table & chairs. Generous complimentary items.. the list goes on... Very helpful staff, easy to contact, quick responses 👍

What a gem! It was a last minute decision to take a short trip to Kos and this property came up as available. How lucky were we! The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We found out that they have just started this venture in what is/was their family home. I am sure that is why every detail had been thought about. We are definitely hoping to go back but I’m sure when word gets out it is going to be fully booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it
