We absolutely loved our short stay at Sant'Eufemia 30. Hosts were so accommodating, helped us find parking, checked us in easily and were really clear in all communication. The building itself is in a wonderful location in the historic center of Modena - a couple blocks away from the Duomo, with lots of cute shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is really beautiful - nicely designed and decorated. All the amenities of a boutique hotel with a homey feel. Super comfortable bed. Air conditioning was perfect on the hot August day we arrived. Hosts generously provided water, sodas, coffee/tea, some snacks, breakfast vouchers at nearby cafes. While we did not use the small kitchenette, it was nicely appointed. Nice bath/body products provided. Loved all the small touches like the stationary and the bespoke guidebook to Modena. We would happily stay with Francesca again!

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay. It is even better than shown in the photographs. It’s is comfortable and warm with good WiFi. The location is excellent, on the edge of the historic Centre with lovely restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking to everything. There is a bus stop outside as well as parking. Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back to stay.

Large apartment and bathroom. There were towels, mini cosmetics and even sets with a toothbrush and cotton pads waiting for us. The included breakfast at the owner's brother's place was very tasty. I highly recommend it.

This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end.     Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

    This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.
