Perfect ski lodge for our large family. The owners were very hospitable and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We took ski and snowboard lessons with Sam, Taki, and Kotone at Nozawa and Togari, and as it turns out Taki’s wife is a world class baker who cooked up the best breakfast buns this side of the Pacific. Thank you for making our family trip extra memorable!

The wellness was amazing. Very new and clean! Two saunas and a cold bath outside, and a hot bath with showers inside. The room was nice and clean as well! And the owner was amazing, helped us with recommendations and additional service for our wet shoes and booked a taxi for us to go to the station.

The hostess was the most accommodating, helpful, friendly hotel proprietor I have come across in all my years of travel. When there was an issue with our booking (our fault) and the hotel was full, she went out of her way to sort out an amazing space for us to stay that night.
