It was one of the best hotels i ever stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure that our stay was enjoyable comfortable and memorable. It was my mother s birthday celebration and many staff wished her a happy birthday during our stay.. The services from the reception, the room service and restaurant were the best. We loved staying at the hotel. The view of osaka castle day and night was MUST see from the reception. The room was beautifully furbished and very clean. And it was facing the castle and waking up to the view was breathtaking. The location was excellent as well. Far enough from the city business but close enough to have access to public transport. Highly recommend this place if you are after luxury and comfort.

Excellent location, loads of shops for everything you need, Osaka station is 5 minutes walk with access to trains and subway and buses, and another station is 6 minutes walk with direct limousine bus service from/to Kansai airport. Staff are exceptionally helpful with anything you ask for including directions. Breakfast was excellent too, water dispensers on every floor, coffee machines available in the lobby. It was really a great stay, will definitely be my choice for Osaka.

There is a washing machine with detergent. We had to dry our clothes in the bedroom. Good enough for us though. The house is pretty big. We were told on the day of our check-in that the second floor is not accessible as there were only four of us. It will only be open if there are more than 5 guests. Overall, it's a decent stay.
