We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

Lovely place - excellent location, very comfortable and all amenities are new and modern. Walking distance to a number of supermarkets and the beach. I work online so spent a lot of my time indoors, and enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts are super kind and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!

We had the most wonderful vacation in our lives in this beautiful villa. Affordable price, availability of a housekeeper and a cook who will prepare wonderful local dishes at a very low price, and also cooks to order whatever you wish. Wonderful spacious rooms with bathrooms, hot water, air conditioners and fans in each bedroom, internet. The owner is a very kind and pleasant person who directs the employees to help the guests in everything. They helped us with everything, even if we didn't ask. They advised us on where and what to buy, or bought for us themselves, helped us rent a car, tuk tuk, plan excursions (which was very convenient and cheaper than we would have done it ourselves). A very beautiful and large area with a large pool complemented the wonderful impression, great location, excellent infrastructure nearby, 5 minutes to the beach. The owner is constantly in touch and ready to help with any question. There is a doctor's office and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a washing machine in the villa, which is very convenient. Every 3 days the rooms are cleaned, linen and towels are changed. Both adults and children really liked everything, we are sincerely grateful for the excellent service and attitude. All the best!!!

We lived in apartment one month. Everything was perfect. The apartment located 10 minutes walking to ocean. The owner prepared for us different traditional meals 3 times in day, it was very tasty. When we needed drive somewhere the owner drove us by tuktuk. The accommodation located on the second floor. Thank you Kumara and all your family for very nice vocation.

The place is spacious and has everything you need: fresh bedsheets, AC, fresh towels, kitchen, fridge, plates, glasses etc. It was clean and comfy. 100% value for the price. The location is good, it is not next to the beach but a very short walking distance. probably 5 minutes. The host was very friendly, attentive and ready to help.
