The view was amazing! The apartment was spacious and everything that you needed. The host was only a text or call away, we had 2 minor things and she responded immediately. We were unable to get the TV to work so sent a text, she responded then literally the next minute the doorbell went and her husband was stood there to help! Couldn't get better service than that. The other minor issue was our fault as we had mistakenly turned the immersion switch off for the hot water. The switch was with the light switches and being from the UK due to our high utility bills we automatically switch everything off!! We loved the pool which was refreshing after a very hot day touring around.

If you're looking for a gem, perfect for relaxing, this is your spot! The staff is wonderful and friendly! It is really a "family vibe" where everyone is ready to help and make you feel welcome. This place made us love our vacation even more, we hope we can go back soon. As if all of this wasn't enough, even the neighbours are the best. Nicola lives on the main house and he is the absolute best! He is always ready to help you, to make you laugh, and to chill with you. We couldn't ask for more. Everything was amazing.

This was my second stay at The Amfora, having been blown away by the beauty of the location, the comfort, and the kindess of the staff, at my first visit in October 2023. My return trip lived up to all my expectations. I had a lovely, warm welcome from Vladana, Nataša, and all the staff, which I much appreciated, and spent four blissful days enjoying the sun and the gorgeous views of the bay from under a leafy fig tree, which is my favourite spot on the small private beach. I stayed, again, in a suite with a mountain view, which I actually prefer for having my morning coffee on the balcony. The staff at The Amfora are always very helpful with arranging trips and booking taxis. For my shorter stay this year, I made one trip to Ribarsko Selo, an amazing fish restaurant and beach club which I'd spotted during a boat trip to Blue Cave last year. The Amfora is perfect for quiet beach days and as a base for explorations, locally and beyond, by boat or road. Montenegro is a favourite destination for me and The Amfora is a place I hope to stay at time and time again. Very highly recommended!
