This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location is great, amenities are great, the staff is so caring and always helpful. Food was great as well. Special mention to Krissel and Crystal who were adorable all throughout our stay and made it the best we could wish for. I got a scuba injury and the medical and concierge staff were helping me throughout the whole process with insurances and everything. I cannot recommend this enough.

The bed was very comfortable and I had everything that I needed. The staff is amazing and they have created an environment where I felt fully welcomed. Even though it was not planned, I took a diving lesson with them and it was amazing. I can totally recommend to combine the stay with some diving lessons. If you are looking for a place where the people are easygoing and warm heart, then this is it.

An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.
