New, clean, very quiet (far away from the road), staff was very friendly, stables and mini zoo was nearby. parking was big, however not sure how this would have worked out during high season

great value, nice facilities and the owner was very helpful and even let us check out late and have us cake on Easter. very happy that we stayed here. the bed was comfortable and rooms were cozy
