We thought of this booking more like an Airbnb, rent a room style. We are not really familar with the Bed & Breakfast concept shown here. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The owner live in the building and renting out two nice rooms in the main Building and one room in a little house in the backyard. They where very nice people with great advices for our trip in Bar Harbor and the two dogs where an added bonus. - Everything is very new and nicely furnished and decorated. - Breakfast is homecooked every morning and was exceptional! - Awesome place to also meet other guests and exchange about the vacation planing

Loved the decor, privacy, and amenities. Also, the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind. The location was perfect - 10 min from town and maybe 15 from Acadia. The bed was very comfortable and the stay had everything we needed! Along with that, the other guests were very quiet and respectful.

There was a real nice out door area even a place to bbq if you wanted to. It was nice and quite. We didn't enter act with the staff never even seen them..witch was fine we didn't require anything

Deluxe king room was exactly what was advertised - with sitting areas, huge bed, fridge, microwave and separate space for clothes / luggage. Outside decked sitting area very pleasant. Complimentary tea / coffee with biscuits in Lobby area - very welcoming. Outside appearance does not do this property justice - very pleasantly surprised when we got to our room.

We booked this tiny cabin for 3 nights during november (during first snowfall of the year at Acadia, so it was chilly outside) and were very pleased with how cosy everything was! The heater was enough to get the cabin up to temperature (bathroom was a little cooler, but nothing a hot shower can't fix). The kitchen was véry well equiped, we had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortabel en there is enough room to store luggage (no closet however). Check-in was easy with code lock. This was a super charming way to visit Acadia, location was A++, would definitely recommend!

    Spacious cottage with kitchen and bathroom. Recycling was offered. Never came into contact with any of the staff. Door was operated by a keypad for entry. Excellent location, very close to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. Super clean and warm. Dog friendly.

    Did not stay they wanted $50.00 pet fee each for our two dogs. Would have been a extra $300 on our bill. Should inquire that when booking. Very disappointed we will never use book.com again. Days Inn still changing full fee for not even staying with them. I thought pet friendly place would have a area for dogs was no grassy place for the dogs the pictures are decieving.

    A great location just north of the main Acadia National Park entrance and easy driving distance to Bar Harbor for dinner and shopping. Situated on a large property that is well kept and quiet. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Very helpful staff. And most importantly super dog friendly.

    the location is within walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor. Our room had a good view. The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies, the staff was friendly and professional. They are dog friendly which is a plus.
