The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Great location - about 50m to Ocean Dr, and about 100m to the beach, however it was still very quiet. Public parking is available few blocks away for $20 a day. Room was clean, we had all amenities needed for our stay. Comfortable bed :) Self check-in and check-out. It has also smart tv with all apps (netflix, spotify etc).

Location excellent, staff amazing with a welcome glass of bubbly! We stayed in the sunset building and rooms, facilities etc. were spotless. Really enjoyed the free wine hour from 5pm until 6pm and the complimentary coffee and water available in the morning from 8am until 10am is a real bonus.

It was a delight to stay at the Upsun in Miami. The first great impression was Sandra on reception. Her customer service is second to none, she was the most friendly and helpful hotel receptionist that I've ever encountered and she made our stay. The other staff we met were equally as friendly and supportive, but Sandra definitely stood out and made us feel special. The room was modern, fresh and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our booking at Upsun was a last minute booking, as we had been disappointed with our previous hotel that we stayed at prior to going on our cruise. We cancelled the stay with the other hotel on our return from the cruise for 2 nights, and booked the Upsun. We were so pleased that we did, as this was a breath of fresh air, that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great location for shops and restaurants, and only around a 10min walk to South Beach. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Miami.

The location was perfect, far enough away from all the activity but close enough to walk. Love the decor of the hotel. The room was well thought through with plenty of hanging space for our 4 day stay. We also loved the shampoo/body lotion/conditioner. Good hairdryer near a mirror (which isn’t always the case).
