The motel was located close to downtown, where the Mayberry Festival was taking place and close to the attractions we had come to see as well. It was very convenient with easy access to all that we wanted to see and do. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. We will return next year.

Not new, but seemed to have a recent renovation, everything was spotless and in good order. Nice touches that you rarely see these days in room and lobby. Very friendly staff. A great value.

The hotel was easy to find from interstate and located in a quiet, serene area. Good hospitality from front desk and morning breakfast staff. Room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. We used exercise room which was well equipped, clean and stocked with towels and water.
