The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious and their evening meals on offer (paying) are also delicious and excellent value! What makes this place amazing though is the beautiful welcoming, helpful and kind family! I recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable, authentic and enriching stay in Khiva!

This place is a gem! Tucked behind a lush and atmospheric garden where you can relax, it offers spacious, spotless rooms and hearty, varied breakfasts. The owners are truly amazing – kind, caring and most helpful! The very first day I was struggling with bad cold and they offered me tea and honey, which was a lovely touch. We felt like visiting a family :)

1) In the old city itself (location), 1 min walk to the Islan Khoja tower, evwrything else within walking distance 2)Extrememely helpful owner, Rahmatullah. He arranged for pick up and drop off transfer from and to Urgench airport. Also very friendly, we had lengthy chats about many topics. 3) Since it was low season, many of the eateries in old city wede closed but Rahmat helped me and recommended a local joint (and even helped with calling the taxi for the return trip) 4) Cosy place, very BnB style accomodation with really filling breakfast. 5) Nice cosy room, spacious.

I had a real wonderful stay at Oasis Al Khiva Hotel. Everything was amazing —from the warm hospitality to the beautiful decorated interiors. The hotel is like a small museum, full of charm and history, with traditional carpets, embroidery, carved wooden decors .. The local breakfast was delicious and generous. I was 100% satisfied and would gladly stay here again. Don't miss the antique well in the restaurant.

Everything was perfect. The receptionist was an amazing girl, and we got along very well during my stay. The owners and the grandmother were also very kind. The place was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wow — very filling. I really loved it. Even though it’s a bit far from the center, getting there is no problem at all. The train station is very close.

    Everything! First of all, it's located in a best spot possible. Within 2 minutes walking distance from Old Khiva entrance, you will have super easy access to the historical site. The hotel is well managed, clean and cozy with nice breakfasts incommon dining area, where we met many backpackers like us there. Also, it's a pet friendly accommodation. Last but not least, the room is well equipped and spacious.
