The hotel was recently renovated, clean and modern. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a big variety of food including many traditional flavours. The staff was super kind and helpful. You can easily walk to the city centre in a 20 minute walk. It was also super cheap. In general the vibe was really nice. I highly recommend it.

I especially liked their breakfast! It was available every morning from 7-10am. The wonderful lady who prepared the breakfast made it all the more special. She has a motherly and friendly demeanor which is appreciated if one is not at home. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable- with the utmost friendliness. The owner (who you would not even know is the owner) is hands on in making sure that his property is up to standard, he is extremely friendly and even gave guests cake on a national holiday (Navruz). I was there on a long stay and they accommodated me in a safe, friendly environment.

This was by far our favourite place to stay during our month-long travels in Uzbekistan/Tajikistan/Kyrgyzstan. The place is beautiful, new and modern, looks even way better than on the pictures. The room is really spacious, the bathroom is amazing, great hot shower with a strong stream. Everything is spotless clean. Working wifi and very good AC. Very quiet, no noise from the street and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Free filtered water available 24/7. Convenient location, a short walk from the train station and a short ride from the airport. The staff are truly amazing, the hotel has a very family-like feeling, all staff were helping us immensely and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs, even helped us with assembling our bicycles on their own initiative. Really cannot recommend this place enough, book here and you will not be disappointed.

We stayed two nights in Said's compact but comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed and was located right on one of Tashkent main streets, bustling with cafes and restaurants. We did not meet Said, but he was very responsive and his instructions were always very clear, and our conversations over WhatsApp were easy and friendly.
