Everything matches with pictures in booking.com. There is a supermarket next door, local market and main street around the corner, within 5-10 minutes of walking distance from the hostel, Sevan lake – 30 minutes of walking distance from the hostel if you walk through the field to the highway and Sevan lake is in other side of the highway. Norik was a great host and gave me a ride to the Sevan lake. Thank you, Norik. P.S. When I was leaving, there was nobody in the house. I didn’t know where is Norik or his wife. So, I closed the door and left the house. I hope everything is safe and in place in the house.

The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

Дом возле Озера СЕВАН is situated in Artanish and offers a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. With lake views, this accommodation features a balcony. Good house, very convenient for a weekend family trip. The garden was also great, and the house is located not too far from the beach.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Cozy environment with fireplace, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. After a week of traveling, we really appreciated this quiet and spacious house.

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
