We weren't sure what to expect of the apartment as it was a unique style of accommodation but we were very pleased and thought it was amazing value. It was essentially a hotel but with reception a few buildings down the road. We went straight to the Hotel Grauer Bar to check in as we weren't able to check in online. It was seamless when we arrived and they gave us great instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had also looked it up on Google street view so had a good idea where I was going but it was easy to find with the instructions from the staff at the hotel. We were able to park at the hotel for a small fee and were able to use the amenities at the hotel as part of our booking which was great. It was very cool to be in the Old City part of Innsbruck and the city was very walkable which was great.

Struttura ottima e accogliente,a pochi passi dal centro. Abbiamo effettuato il check in anche prima dell'orario previsto,lo staff è stato accogliente e cordiale. Camera pulita, perfetta per 2 persone e molto calda (con i -6 gradi all'esterno). Hotel super consigliato per chi come noi vuole visitare i mercatini in questo periodo!

This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

This is a beautiful apartment just 15 minutes from Innsbruck. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the host is very kind, communication was fast and smooth. The appartment is spacious, well equipped and very stylish.
