This was my first time staying there and the staff from the moment I arrived were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them and collectively they represented their hotel as United team. They all spoke many languages and were generally so helpful and so fun to interact with. My room was extraordinarily large. It was absolutely spotless and one of the best night sleep I’ve had in any hotel and my many stays around the world. Boasting an outdoor swimming pool with hot mineral water, Hotel Starosel is located on the outskirts of the village of Starosel and is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style with natural materials like wood, stone and wool. It has a piano bar with karaoke and its own winery. Hot spa water in old part. New part water is cold. Not ok. Food was ok, service was super, parking, clean, opening time …

The International Fair is a 5-minute walk away, while Plovdiv's Old Town is a 15-minute walk away. Great service. Sarkis was great, I had an issue that the gym wasn’t open. Got up graded, free entrance to spar and he took the time to show me where local gym is. 2 minute walk across the undercover bridge at a cost of €5 per time. Perfect 🤩 Breakfast also superb and can well recommend Happy restaurant on site of hotel. Food and service were exquisite.
