We had this hotel recommended from one of my Danish friends who stayed here three years ago and stated it was a highlight of her trip in Bolivia. Having travelled for 7 weeks in South America now, we can also say that this is a key highlight of our trip! We stayed in the Suite with Jacuzzi and it was stunning. The attention to detail in the rooms made us feel very cozy and at ease from the get go. We can highly recommend booking this room if you want a huge window with a nature view and the most relaxing setting. The Jacuzzi fits two people and you will have views of the beautiful lake. The staff was so helpful and accommodated all our requests be it tea to the room, an extra night, arranging baggage service or routes to walk around the island- thank you! As we booked a second night we changed rooms as the Suite with Jacuzzi was unavailable. We stayed in a Double Room which was also very nice. All in all, treat yourself to a stay here!

The boats that leave Copacabana to the island of the sun, leave at 8.00am and at 01.30pm Amazing views! The floor to ceiling windows let you see the beautiful lake at all times in the room. Beds were comfy, heater works well to keep you warm, and hot shower was nice after a long exploring the island from north to south. We also appreciate the hosts being communicative and helpful, despite our broken Spanish. We had breakfast served in our room which was a perfect start to the day, especially accompanied by the gorgeous sunrise views.

Breakfast was delicious but I def loved finding a garden in the heart of the city. Staff helped me book tours and a transfer also recommened nice places to eat close to the Hotel

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Sulma and Sonja were delightful, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with kindness and a beautiful smile. The location is amazing with views across lake Titikaka to the Bolivian mountains. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the whole experience will be one I remember with fondness for a very long time.

The receptionists were very helpful and provided us with directions and recommendations. Check in and checkout times are very generous. They provide very cheap laundry service as well. Highly recommend.
