The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

Clean, friendly staff and very accommodating as 1 guest was vegan they were able to modify the menu and bring in alternatives for breakfast. Great views and facilities and perfect place to get away

Typ žádosti : Popis ubytování Nikde hvězdy svítí intenzivněji a východy slunce jsou velkolepější než na Pilatus Kulm. Tak blízko Lucernu a přesto v úplně jiném světě. The view on top of Pilatus is amazing. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, staff are friendly.
