La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la colazione a buffet ricca e abbondante, la dimensione, pulizia, confort e vista della stanza: mi sono sentita proprio coccolata, moltissima attenzione al cliente: non comune al giorno d'oggi! LUGANODANTE Boutique & Lifestyle Hotel è un alloggio dotato di un bar e ubicato nel centro di Lugano, a 300 metri da Stazione Ferroviaria di Lugano. The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

Appartamento accogliente di montagna a Cavagnago, una struttura con giardino e terrazza, si trova a a Faido a 42 km da Stazione di Bellinzona, 42 km da Three Castles of Bellinzona e 43 km da... Nonostante non ci siamo visti con l'host, ha funzionato tutto perfettamente, ps check in - check out. Poi il titolo dell'alloggio dice già tutto. È stata davvero una bellissima esperienze e non possiamo fare altro che consigliare questo posto.

Everything was amazing. We were a bigger group and had the two rooms with a big common terrace and the apartment. One of the rooms had two bathrooms (one was huge) which was a great asset for us as a familly with many kids. The view from the terrace was very nice. The apartment was very big too, with nice and well equiped kitchen (just one bathroom). All the rest of the house can be enjoyed: a good kitchen, a cozy living-room, considered as common spaces. Close to the city center… good breakfast… comfortable beds…and the host very nice and welcoming.

We liked everything in this small and cozy Hotel. First of all, a nice and warm atmosphere. A real family feeling. Beautiful and authentic territory with a lot of nice attributes of a farm village. Michelin 3-star restaurant with fantastic food. Superb breakfast with home-made bread, always warm and delicious. The room with a little balcony and a gorgeous view of the mountains and church. Sitting on the balcony and sipping the Vermerntino - what can be better on a sunny day. The room itself might be bigger; we were with our daughter and had 2 tiny rooms, but it wasn`t a big problem for us. Anyway, this is a unique chance to stay in a traditional stone house made of gray granite with a slate roof. We saw a lot of them in the Ticino region in Switzerland
