The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

It offers a large park with an outdoor wellness area with sauna and cooling pool. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Rooms are nice, breakfast is ready good. Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even recommended some local attractions around the area which enhanced my experience.

Every room at Felmis Hotel is equipped with air-conditioning and a safe, and they all have a private bathroom with shower. Most units also offer views of the surrounding mountains. This is a lovely hotel and location was also nice. Staff was well mannered, helpful and friendly.

The elegant rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, minibar and hairdryer. Some rooms overlook the mountains or the lake. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

Most rooms offers views of the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church and the Weinmarkt square. Location was ideal; centrally and conveniently located. Customer service was excellent.
