The hotel is very rustic and located on a functioning ranch with cows and horses and everything. It is also walking distance from the two grey desert hiking trails. The owner was really friendly and fun to chat with as well as helpful with anything we needed. The food was also some of the best hotel food we’ve had.

The guest house features family rooms. Dario, the host, went above and beyond for us and was available for any questions and advice for anything you could want. It is a bioreserva, so you should expect a dry toilet, a wonderful pool (inevitably with bugs), and limited appliances as the whole site is run on solar energy. If you are happy with these things as I was, the place is beautiful and peaceful. Bikes are available to rent as well but there is plenty around the location to keep you relaxed and occupied as well.
