The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Sandra, Hans, Olga, Helena, Óscar, and Mariana went above and beyond to make my visit special. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Sandra’s local insights and Hans’s enthusiasm for the area’s natural beauty were invaluable. Olga and Helena were always ready with a smile and helpful advice, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Óscar and Mariana added a personal touch with their wonderful recommendations for local eateries and hidden gems around Salento. The hostel itself is cozy and inviting, with clean and comfortable accommodations that cater to a variety of travelers. The common areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Cocora Valley, where you can enjoy breathtaking hikes and take in the awe-inspiring scenery. If you’re planning a trip to Salento, this hostel is a must-stay. The combination of the incredible staff—Sandra, Hans, Olga, Helena, Óscar, and Mariana—and the beautiful surroundings of the Cocora Valley make for an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

The owners were amazing, Andre in particular was great. We had suffered several delays and lost luggage and so we arrived at the property extremely stressed. Andre and the team were very generous with their attention and care. They even followed up with the airline to help trace our bags which we were eventually able to find!!!

Alejo is a wonderful host. The habitación is perfect: a small kitchen, great shower and good beds. It's at a 5 minute walking distance from the center and there are a lot of shops in the neighborhood.

The place is 8 minutes walk from the main plaza and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden on top of a hill. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, a nice rain shower delivered good hot water. A floor to ceiling glass wall allowed for a beautiful view of the garden (we were on the ground floor).
