Beautiful location, absolutely magical (when it snowed). Clean, spacious, very homey and comfortable. Quiet location but not far from the main promenade. We liked everything but what stood out the most was the hospitality and service of the staff. Anya at the front desk and everyone else went above and beyond to insure our comfort.

It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

The hotel is just amazing, excellent location, beautiful architecture and great decor, great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly, our studio was very spacious and nice. The spa was really beautiful too.
