This is by far the most beautiful hotel I‘ve ever been to and I‘m traveling a lot. The mixture of nostalgia and modernity is one of a kind. I stayed in the apartment (room 17) and it’s modern, cozy and beautifully designed with much love for each detail. The hosts are super kind and welcoming and happy to fulfill your every wish. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, even candles. I recommend staying here just for the experience whenever you get the chance.

The hotel is located in a quiet old neighborhood, in a beautiful old villa with high ceilings. It felt very boutique hotel for a reasonable price. The hotel is at a 10 minutes walk from the main train station and just 2-3 minutes from the Oktoberfest area. The breakfast was also very fresh and nice.

Opulent, incredible, lavish, amazing. Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredible mountain views combined with amazing staff and a perfectly designed and maintained hotel. Indoor and heated outdoor pools were very enjoyable. Nice gym to burn off the great food. Breakfast was delicious. To order eggs and an amazing selection of everything else. Located in Obersalzberg below the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagles Nest) this incredible hotel gives you easy access to Berchtesgaden's many attractions. Easy walk to the bus boarding area for the Eagles Nest. Buy your tickets on-line in advance. Open mid-May to mid-October. Documentation Museum (History of the Nazi leadership in this area and atrocities) is located on the backside of the vehicle parking area for the Eagles Nest bus tour and is open year around. Visit the salt mine and take the fun tour and make sure you drive to the Konigssee and take the boat tour and enjoy some hiking. If you are a true adventurer you can walk to the Kehlsteinhaus from the hotel. They will give you a map. All trails so no bus conflict. Very well marked with sign posts. Said four hours but I did it in one and a half. You don't need to take the elevator to the Eagles Nest at the bus turn around area. Walk down the road 200-300 meters and a trail takes you to the top.

Easy to reach location, well equipped, impeccably clean. It’s in a green and fairly quiet neighbourhood, there are several restaurants and bakeries around. There’s also a grocery store in the building. The air conditioning is working well, though we did bot need to use it after a while, the weather cooled down.

Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible. It was very charming, clean and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, all sorts of tea assortments, everything was very fresh and of high quality.
