Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Beautiful hotel….fabulous location….near the promenade and across from the park and cathedral…big rooms….comfortable beds….lovely bathroom…..helpful staff and excellent value!

In un punto ideale a Guayaquil, con la vista sulla città e un giardino, Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana propone alloggi a poca distanza da Santa Ana Park. I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

FORTICH APART HOTEL si trova a Guayaquil, a 1,6 km da Cascada San Francisco e 2,2 km da Malecón 2000. There were a couple of options for breakfast, location was good, close to what we needed. The private and common areas were clean.

Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!
