We had the best time in Hotel Casa santa lucia. The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance from everything. We got upgraded to our room. The Wifi is excellent all around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Above all this, the stuff was amazing, very helpful, and always with a smile. Highly recommend

The area is safe. Miriam, the place owner, is pure love, creating a community atmosphere and making sure you're well and happy. The place is not perfect but even if there's an issue, she's always ready to fix it.

The owners (Julio and his family) were very accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos

Situata in una splendida posizione rurale, a soli 4 km dal centro di Baños, la Finca Chamanapamba Guest House vanta una cascata in loco. The location was absolutely amazing next to its own cascade. Our room was huge and beautiful. Breakfast was nice and yeh staff were very helpful and always trusting to make our experience enjoyable. I would come back anytime.

The location is wonderful, right next to the local waterfall. And we happened to catch a national band concert in the park for some awesome cumbia tunes. Walking distance to the enchanted forest. $1 cab ride or walk to downtown to the tour guide spots. Plenty of good restaurants next to the hotel. Rooftop patio was a nice extra touch. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. I liked it a lot,
