Although I wasn’t travelling with my dogs I was delighted to find out this is a dog friendly hotel, it even had a dog friendly restaurant inside the hotel. The staff there very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. There is nothing I could fault.

The soundproofed rooms in the property are large, bright and elegant. They a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, coffee machine, laptop safe and ironing facilities. The bathroom comes with a bath, shower and professional hairdryer. The hotel is great room was clean, very big, we have had a long day so it was the perfect place to stay. Great pressure in the shower and the breakfast buffet is amazing, the reception personnel was not either friendly or unfriendly they just get the job done. The buffet personal was great.

It is located in the center of the village next to the church and 1 min away from the river. It is recently renovated and has all the best construction materials and amenities, for example it has radiant floor heating! It is a beautiful sustainable gem in the heart of Navaconcejo. We also made use of the accessibility of the ground level apartment for my great grandma that is in a wheel chair. Felisa, the owner was very attentive before, during and after our stay and very understanding with our little kids’ needs. Navaconcejo is my mom’s hometown and I come back frequently and Encantos de Jerte will be my go to spot from now on!
