Situato a 5 minuti di auto dal lago Bassenthwaite, il Ravenstone Manor è un maniero del 19° secolo immerso in una tenuta di 3 ettari. Fabulous hotel 10 min out of Keswick. Beautiful views, lovely rooms and a plush lounge/bar area. Staff are always amazingly friendly especially Claire 😁 4th time at this hotel and many more stays to come for sure.

Right in the middle of town, was a great base. The whole House presented excellent very new and fresh. A large residence with plenty of room. We stayed as a family of five , but I could see it bringing comfortable for more people. The touches of family friendly games were adored by my children. A full size Washing Maxhine with a separate dryer is a great addition. Combo washer/dryers are ok but seem to take a lot longer. We had an issue with transport and ended up arriving quite late. Which I am now disappointed I did not get the full experience. NOTE: We arrived almost 7 hours after our scheduled check in. The host was exceptional in accommodating our late arrival. I cannot praise Gillian enough.

Tethera was absolutely FABULOUS. The facilities were A1, a great setting, a gorgeous fully contained renovated barn. Great for anyone wanting a romantic time away. The township of Shap is an amazing historical place and worth exploring. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous barn.
