Ben was very helpful at the desk and made sure our sofa bed was made up for us. Thank you. The room was a good size. We had a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchenette and a table with 2 chairs. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Pillows were amazing, where can I buy them from ?

Chapter Cottage, Cheddleton Nr Alton Towers, Peak District, Foxtail Barns, the Ashes si trova a Cheddleton a 17 km da Parco Divertimenti Alton Towers, 20 km da Trentham Gardens e 25 km da Buxton Opera... Lovely little character cottage in a quiet village location. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs up steep, narrow stairs no it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The washing machine was very useful and the croissants and breakfast items provided were a lovely addition. The host Christine was very kind and helpful in answering my questions and making sure we had a convenient parking space on the street outside. It was convenient for attending a wedding at Foxtail Barns and we had a lovely stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Having asked for a coffee maker, they made sure there was a French press for us to use. Very thoughtful. We would certainly stay again.

We spent the weekend here with a 6 year old 2 year old. The children wanted to move into the carriage for good. It was a fantastic experience and we got so close to the cows each morning. This carriage was a 20 minute drive from Alton Towers. Jayne the host provided all info by text message and shared contact details if needed. Although not iscolated we felt we had privacy and wasn’t on someone else’s land as such. We felt comfortable in the carriage. It was chilly outside all weekend but the carriage was toasty and warm. Everything was provided including towels and fresh milk. There is a restaurant 5 min walk one direction and another pub/food place 5 min walk in the other direction. We liked this as we could leave the car at the farm and walk to dinner as we aren’t confident country road drivers especially at night. Please book this as a couple break or for an experience with younger children. A really bespoke experience. The views from the carriage of lane and country side was out of this world.

Everything is perfect , the cabin is so well equipped, it’s warm and welcoming the location is amazing so peaceful, the cabin is spacious and spotless, we enjoyed the hot tub after a cold walk around the beautiful lake
