Paradiso beach is 5 min walk away, and the city center is also 5 min on the other way. Great location. The hostes Mariam is so kind, helpfull, she made us wanting to stay a week more. Will be back for sure

The owner was very kind and we got a lot of information about the area that we did not know. A very good value for money property

Soprattutto la presenza della macchina del caffè. Stanza grande. Bella vista (al piano superiore ancora di più) signora garbatissima, ci avrebbe dato anche l’ombrellone per il mare. Arredamento moderno. Pulito. Accogliente.

The host was super kind, at the end of the stay they even gave us a small gift - some homemade olives and jam. I liked the big old pine tree and the BBQ terrace. It's a cozy corner to spend an evening with a bottle of wine. There was also an EV charger, which was one of the reason we chose Villa Sara for our stay in Nikiti

The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊

The apartment was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect –, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing vacation, especially suitable for families with small children. The host was very kind, helpful, and always available for any questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a sea view – the perfect spot for morning coffee! Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back!

The property is fairly new and very well maintained. The pool is very claen and nice to swim in. The reception staff is very polite and welcoming. Location of the property is good, it is around 300 meters from the beach and the coastal street with all the restaurants, supermarkets and sunbeds. It takes you around 5 minutes max to reach it by foot. We came with our car but preferred to walk to there since it was so close. The parking was super for the facility. It is private and has shade tents for the cars. It has an automatic sliding door, so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. Our room was the two floor suite, it is very nice and modern, it has an equipped kitchen, which we used a few times to cook. The style of the suite is modern and very chique. It was very quite, there was no noise, and overall we mamaged to rest very well there.
