The view from the balcony across the sea is exceptional and a great place to witness the sunset. There is no pool in the complex but when the gentle waters of the sea are 200 m away then you don't need one. A pleasant walk to a couple of lovely beach bars or a longer 10 min walk to the harbour of Malinska where there are numerous restaurants to choose. The price of parking is 6,00 Eur per day and is paid at the reception. Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.
