The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a top-tier hotel. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to many of Zagreb's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

Excellent location, very good furnishings, very clean, best view of Zagreb from there, very respectful staff, kitchen was open with free coffee and tea, could be improved with some water in the fridge and fresh fruits.
