Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. A nice and affordable golf course nearby and and a beautiful lake for boating and fishing just down the street. Also a boxing club and football club in town. The town of Oughterard had a few nice Pub's and a grocery that was well stocked. Our host Christian was great and his new puppy Emily couldn't be more adorable

The property offers allergy-free units and is set 13 km from Ashford Castle Golf Club. The host was very friendly and responsive, he also explained how to reach the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room very big and with very nice custom furniture. Very good breakfast prepared by the host.
