Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Offering city views, rooms at the Magnolia have a classic design with decorative frescoed walls. They all include an LCD TV, fridge and private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. A lovely room, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Orvieto, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo in a historic building. The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed, and the host was available, meeting us upon arrival and assisting with finding parking. In the morning, we had breakfast at the nearby family café. Since the guesthouse is located in the heart of the historic city, parking can be challenging. We visited in winter, and in the evening, there was plenty of parking in the nearby public parking lot, which is free at night. Note that in paid parking lots with a machine, only coins can be used.

Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern comforts. Fantastic place. Great location and super nice room. Even the breakfast was superb.

The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. We appreciate we could check in at night hours. It is a good location for visiting historical centre of Orvieto. The breakfast was arranged in the nearby café.

I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.
