The room was clean and comfortable while the room service was quick and the house keeping team was very polite. The receptionist team were very informative about the tours I've booked with them and it was very fun - recommend doing the small tour in the morning around 10AM. Location of the hotel is nice easy to get around to most places in 10-15min, shops, restuarants and pubstreet..etc.

We could spontaneously arrange for massages/food in the room over WhatsApp, which was really nice and convenient, especially after a tiring day out. The staff kept detailed itemised receipts for all the services charged, so we could request services spontaneously with the peace of mind that we can track and account for all the amounts before payment. I would like to thank the staff who took care of us - Hak, Phy, Panha, Thara - thank you for your effort and attention. You guys really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. We set this idea in order to support our local people to have a job. We had a very good timeat this hotel, location is great within walking distance to many places like shops and restuarants nearby the hotel or a 15-20mins walk to pubstreet or centre for us. Staff were all very friendly with excellent service. They are all together very caring and always available for the guests. Great comfortable room and it was overall clean and spacious. We will come again, for sure.
