Le Place d'Armes is situated in the centre of Luxembourg, 300 metres from Notre-Dame Catherdral. This boutique hotel features elegant Art Deco décor, a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. The location could not be more central, everything was within walking distance and public transport was just one minute away. Shops and restaurants were literally a few meters from the hotel door. The hotel itself was very comfortable and I was given an absolutely huge suite (truly gigantic) with a living room facing the main shopping street, and a quiet bedroom facing an inner courtyard. This made the stay very pleasant.

Initially, we planned to stay for just one night, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay to two nights. A special mention goes to Jorge at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel’s location is fantastic, with the tram just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was complete, the heating system was working good, and of course the location was just outstanding The shower cabin could have been better, was missing a shower head hanger, and hangers in general in the apartment, but it’s a minor thing
