From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Located within 2.7 km of Royal Palace Fes and 800 metres of Batha Square, Dar houda provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fès. Featuring an ATM, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Hicham and his wife went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They were very kind. We were served tea and pastries when we arrived, our laundry was done for a reasonable fee, and we had dinner there one night. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace. We left an item there by accident and Hicham arranged to have it transported to our next accommodation which was well beyond the call of duty.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 19 km from Royal Palace Fes. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Great location and nice and clean house.

The best part of our stay at this Riad was the staff. Mohammed kindly met us at Lehdim Square, helped with our luggage, and guided us to the Riad. Anass was extremely friendly and always ready to assist. He even managed to fix the AC and thoughtfully provided a prayer carpet.

We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year

The whole Riad is like a palace. It's an impressive building. The owners went above and beyond to help us. We really loved our stay here and this was the best place we stayed at in Morocco.

The view is exhilarating and magnificent, liberating, after the experience of the chaotic bustle of the narrow streets of the Medina. Besides, the host are genuinely nice and friendly
