Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good for Mazunte. Many things walking distance.

It’s secure clean quiet and has a feeling of vacation but also comfort. Hosts were on top of everything and had so many small details that were perfect. If I could live there I would.

The team is extremely careful and nice, and the location is on a beautiful virgin beach where you can see different kinds of birds and fishes. The bungalows are really nice, decorated with good taste and convenient. We will definitely come back as soon as possible.

New, very well designdand super tastefull, clean, cofertable, amazing swiming pool and a bar at the rooftop my best stay in mexico so far, value for mony and beyond. juat go for it :)

Located in San Andrés Huayapan, 17 km from Monte Alban, Huayápam Yù'ú Lodge provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a mountain view. We loved our stay at Fernanda & Fernando’s lodge boho-chic style in the middle of flowers, greenery and eclectic decorations. We first stayed in a double room then moved for the last 2 nights to the room with king bed and kitchen, which is a worthwhile upgrade. The hosts and their staff work hard to keep this huge compound welcoming and clean, it seem to have further expansion plans. We could not use the beautiful pool as water was a bit cold (normal during this season) and did not eat at the restaurant as it closes at 5-5.30pm, too early for us after spending the day visiting the region. The village of Huayapam is an excellent surprise. Great location just 30min from Oaxaca center and easy starting point to visit Monte Alban, Mitla, Arrazola, Hierve el Agua and so many other fascinating places. Tiny but super cute with amazing restaurants, esp the family run Luz de la Luna (we live in Peru and the food and cocktails are at the level of some best Lima restaurants). Huayapam and its friendly inhabitants are worth being much better known and supported! Mil gracias y suerte!!!

Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly. Assisted in extending my stay. Loved the location, so close to the beach.

Guests can enjoy Mediterranean and Spanish dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. The place is beautiful (both the buildings and surrounding), and the location is perfect (about 15 min walk to the center of Chacahua, and right in front of the beach which was very beautiful, and almost empty). There was an issue with our bungalow, but the staff was very helpful and understanding, and we ended up changing rooms in stead. The rooms were beautiful, and definitely made up for the work/inconvenience of moving places. The common areas are great, and have a very welcoming, warm and calm vibe. Best recommendations from us!

The property is incredibly well-maintained, with clean and comfortable accommodations that made me feel at home. The attention to detail in the design and amenities reflects a focus on both comfort and aesthetics. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Punta Zicatela yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.
