Featuring a spacious garden and outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is situated in Santiago de Querétaro’s financial district. The city's historic centre is only 5 minutes’ drive away. Free Wi-fi is available throughout hotel. We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

Felt luxurious yet so cozy and comfortable and quiet. Felt like a 5 star place to me! The girls at the reception were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning. Last but not least the location of the hotel was perfect because it is in the center and a short walk to the squares: Guerrero, Zenea and Armas. Highly highly recommend this place!
