Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. Such a beautiful little hotel with the most lovely staff. We stayed in the Studio Apartment with Sea View and WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking! We also had dinner at the hotel and it ended up being one of the best meals we had during our time in Norway. I did notice a few reviews mention the steep stairs, but honestly, that’s just part of the charm when staying in a historic building in Europe. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the authentic feel of the place.

Set in peaceful surroundings by the Atlantic Ocean, this Hotel is found between Molde and Kristiansund. It offers free sauna, a seasonal restaurant with an open fireplace and a private jetty. The hotel is right on the beach. Two deer visited us in the morning. The place is lovely. We could watch the midnight sun from our porch. The food was great too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy apartment in Tennfjord si trova a Tennfjord, a 29 km da Color Line Stadion, 30 km da Sparebanken Møre Arena e 35 km da Ålesund Aquarium. Near to supermarket/ some takeaway Thai food and lots of utensils/ etc, host is staying downstairs so always willing to help when needed and the driveway was clear of snow. Really appreciate Rita and her family’s hospitality 😊👍🏼 oh not to forget their friendly dog 😉
