Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Namaste Home Stay is a recently renovated guest house situated in Dhulikhel, 30 km from Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. I didn’t expect much from the place I booked just a couple of hours before arriving. But apparently it is a place where I want to come back. The rooms and service were good, but as a traveler my expectations are quite low and I don’t really pay much attention to such things. What always matters more to me are the people, warm conversations and the shared experiences. And I got exactly that! In such a short time, I was leaving the guys as if they were my friends. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Look no further...you've found the best place to stay in Baktapur!! Navin is the greatest host that I've met in Nepal. Even though the building might seems a bit tatty at first sight, the room is super clean and comfy. With clean bedsheets and clean bathroom as well. You will meet a bunch of smiley people in that building and cute kids going to school. I also had the best breakfast in Nepal, simple but delicious. I am a woman travelling on my own and I felt perfectly safe there. The view from the rooftop is just incredible and the location in Baktapur can't be better! You're just one minute from Durbar square. Navin is also a trekking guide if you want to hike in the valleys around Baktapur's area. He can also give you a tour in this beautiful town. That's the kind of homestay I HIGHLY recommend!! Hope to be back there very soon.

The chef is incredible and I had some of the best food during my time in Nepal here. The staff here are exceptional and were happy to help with anything and everything! Mani the manager was fantastic and I loved chatting with him.
