Colca Canyon is 34 km from the lodge. Rodríguez Ballón International Airport is 223 km away. Ronaldo was a caring, charming host. He was attentive to our needs, whilst giving us space to relax and rest our weary bodies. The pool was hot, although we didn’t have time to use it, the place was lovely with well kept plants and flowers and decorations. When we were about to leave, Ronaldo offered us bamboo sticks to walk up the last part of the trek to Cabanaconde. The beds were great with memory foam pillows and warm blankets and it was a relief with the hot shower to clean off the days sweat and dust - with shampoo and conditioner there! The food was good and a really good price, and we were able to stalk up on water and snacks before the trek up.

It is a very nice place with a beautiful garden at a convenient location. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Great breakfast! Good starting point for a multiday Colca Canyon hike as they gave us a map, explained the different routes, offered support with booking transportation and stored our luggage for free for three days.

The setting could not have been more beautiful.

The bedrooms were extremely cosy, and the hosts were impeccable both in every request we made and in making us feel at home. Breakfast was incredible, and stands as one of the best during our trip to Peru. Perfect place to prepare for the ascent of the Colca canyon!

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. Everything. Mostly the hot springs, but also the view point to the vally was very beutiful, the room was comfortable, the stuff were noce and made us sandwiches for the hike, because we left early

The hotel is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, the shower is fantastic, breakfast is great. There's secure parking, it's close to the main square and everything was wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough!
